All services are provided in the comfort of your home, allowing treatment to occur in your real-life environment for more meaningful, functional outcomes.

Your first visit is designed to help us understand the full picture of your concerns, goals, and daily challenges. This visit helps ensure treatment is targeted, meaningful, and aligned with your personal goals.
This appointment includes:
Comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation
Assessment of pain, movement, function, and contributing factors
Collaborative goal setting
Development of an individualized treatment plan
Initial dry needling treatment of one area, if clinically appropriate
Cost: $50 / 45-minute Initial Evaluation*
*If additional evaluation or assessment time is needed, extended time is billed at $30 per additional 30 minutes.

Trigger point dry needling is a specialized intervention used to address:
Chronic pain
Muscle tightness
Headaches or migraines
Neck, shoulder, back, hip, or other extremity pain
Reduced mobility
Scar tissue management
Each session is tailored to your needs and may include education, movement strategies, stretching, or other treatments as needed.
Cost: $50 / 30 minutes*
*Up to 3 areas treated, depending on the severity of symptoms and size of each treatment area.
*If additional evaluation or assessment time is needed, extended time is billed at $30 per additional 30 minutes.

OT focuses on helping you participate more fully in daily life by addressing physical, emotional, cognitive, sensory, and environmental barriers.
Services may include:
Pain management strategies
Functional movement assessment
Activity modification and energy conservation
Home/environmental recommendations
Mental health and stress management support
Cognitive assessment & supports
Specialized OT assessments (Sensory, Motor, Cognitive, etc.)
Cost: Starting at $60/hour*
Services are individualized based on your goals, needs, and daily occupations.
