Dr. Lynn Farley is an occupational therapist, educator, clinician, and researcher with a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.

  • Advanced specialty certification in Adult Mental Health through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

  • Currently completing credentialing in Trigger Point Dry Needling - an advanced therapeutic modality for the management of pain and scar tissue disorders

  • A certified Trauma-Informed Educator

  • Research focusing on parenting occupations and community engagement

  • Extensive experience supporting individuals whose physical pain, emotional health, or life circumstances interfere with meaningful participation

  • Post-professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah.  

As a cancer survivor herself, Lynn brings not only professional expertise but also deeply personal insight into the healing journey. Her lived experience has strengthened her belief that recovery involves far more than physical healing - it also includes rebuilding identity, restoring confidence, processing emotional challenges, and rediscovering meaningful participation in everyday life.
